IBM Launches Blockchain as a Service
At the company’s recent InterConnect conference, IBM announced the release of IBM Blockchain as a Service. This service is based upon the Linux Foundation’s Hyperledger Fabric version 1.0 and runs on IBM’s high security network which is underpinned by LinuxONE. Previously, the Hyperledger Fabric was in an incubator state and has since been promoted to an active state.

Java EE Vendors and the London JUG Announce New MicroProfile
During the last DevNation Conference, Red Hat, IBM, Tomitribe, Payara, and the London Java Community announced the creation of the MicroProfile, a new initiative to try and leverage Java EE technologies to create a vendor-neutral microservices framework. IBM Extends its Cloud Data Analytics Services
IBM has announced four new data services: Analytics Exchange, Compose Enterprise, Graph, and Predictive Analytics. IBM’s new data services are meant to enable users to analyze their own data or get access to datasets provided by IBM. While some of the services run on Bluemix, for others the data can be deployed on other clouds, including private ones.

WSO2 Extends its Internet of Things Process Orchestration Capabilities
