While not all markdown is born the same, few standards exists, but each one with their own set of extensions and quirks. You are going to learn how to build yet another one that suits your own needs, by following the path of GitLab Kramdown.
Minibiografia
Developer at GitLab, currently building a geographical replication solution, long time user and Open Source contributor, has been developing for Web since 2006. Worked with Java and PHP C# in the past but for many years been full-time Ruby developer. Loves clean-code, tests, metrics and proudly works from a data-driven perspective. Enjoys playing with new languages like Go and Elixir.
