Resumo
Making the switch to microservices can be a big change. There are new architectures and patterns to consider, DevOps challenges, and the cloud. This talk will cover patterns and practices for writing and deploying microservices in NodeJS. We’ll take a deep dive into the circuit breaker pattern and explore how you can use it to fallback gracefully when problems arise.
Minibiografia
Lance works at Red Hat on a team known as "project:odd", tasked with researching and prototyping new software (which may or may not ever see the light of day). He's a core committer for the Node.js project and author of several NPM modules. In addition to Node.js you'll find Lance's contributions in many other well-known open source projects including Wildfly Swarm, Vert.x, DynJS, and Torquebox.
