Technology leaders role is changing. And somehow also staying the same. Though we work in new ways our mission is still to create high performing teams to deliver high quality products. In this keynote we’ll take a whistle-stop tour of the relevant science, then focus on how to use it to create inclusive and effective work environments in which everyone can be awesome.
Minibiografia
Meri is a geek, a manager and a manager of geeks. She's CTO at MOO and also runs ChromeRose. She’s led teams ranging in size from 30 to 300, mostly with people spread across the world, in a range of organizations from Procter & Gamble to startups. Meri sponsors scholarships to help more girls start software, technology and engineering careers in her hometown of Stellenbosch, South Africa.

Entre 24 e 26 de abril, São Paulo recebeu a décima edição brasileira do QCon. Organizado pelo InfoQ Brasil e com palestras selecionadas por um comitê independente, esta edição contou com 3 keynotes, 81 palestras e 93 palestrantes, sendo 19 internacionais. Esse foi o QCon mais internacional do Brasil, o que levou o QCon São Paulo ao patamar dos maiores QCons mundiais.
