Bio
Margaret Morgan is on a mission to make the whole world think 'Agile'. Having worked in waterfall world for over 20 years she was more than ready when Agile first surfaced in the early 2000s. Ever since that light-bulb moment over the last 12 years or so she has worked with many large organizations helping them to become more Agile, scrum-friendly and less bureaucratic.
About the conference
Agile Tour London conference is a part of the Global Agile Tour. Since 2008, it has become a hugely successful worldwide event spanning 30 countries, creating a world-wide network of agile events open to everyone: from Confirmed Agile Practitioner to Agile Newbie. The 2nd London edition again allowed participants to increase their knowledge about Agile and discuss best practices.
