David Spinks is an Agile coach and trainer having roles of Agile Trainer, Agile Coach, Scrum Master, Kanban Service Delivery Manager, Team Leader and Software Developer. Glaudia Califano started her career in technology in 2005, working as a development team member in a Scrum team and she soon came to realize the benefit of being part of the bigger picture.
