Hira Javed is the Service Design Lead at the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation. Her journey includes working as an Information Architect, UX Researcher, Design Strategist, and Service Designer. She recently wrapped up her 6th year of teaching at the University of Waterloo, where she created the curriculum for an undergraduate UX course.
