Bio
Esther Derby has written over 100 articles, and co-authored two books: Agile Retrospectives: Making Good Teams Great and Behind Closed Doors: Secrets of Great Management. She writes about management, leadership, collaboration, organizations and change. Esther is a founder of the Scrum Alliance and the AYE Conference, and has served two terms on the Board of Directors for the Agile Alliance.
About the conference
Agile Australia was founded in 2009 as an annual Conference. Since then, not only has the Conference grown to welcome over 1,200 delegates each year as well as high-profile speakers from around the country and the world, but Agile Australia has also become much more than a Conference.
