John Housego joined Gore in 1996 as a process engineer within Fabrics making Gore-Tex laminate. After 3 years he became the plant leader for 10 years before moving onto a Product specialist role. After 4 more years he moved back to operations as part of an enterprise team developing business processes as the enterprise champion for manufacturing business process development.
