Bio

Matt Zimmer (zimmermatt around the Web) has been creating software for fifteen years. He currently leads Netflix's Playback Data Systems team as Engineering Manager. This team owns the systems that collect, process, and provide data about streaming playback. This is Matt's second tour of duty at Netflix. In his first stint he was in a Software Engineer role on the Streaming Server team.
