Bob Duncan is a passionate product designer based out of Winnipeg currently working for D2L and enjoys solving users problems with research and design. Gian Mancuso is a senior product designer at D2L, the founder of the XD Innovation Group and a mentor at the Waterloo Region Small Business Centre. He has taken products from concept, to delivery, to on-going iteration in a variety of industries.
