Stimulsoft Released Report Designer For WinRT

Stimulsoft has released Stimulsoft Reports.WinRT, a new report designer for WinRT platform that enables you to create and edit reports on any device running Windows 8. It enables you to export reports in PDF format and save images in all export formats available in the reporting tool including support for both ARM and Intel based editions of Windows 8 with the ability to save reports in more than 30 file formats such as PDF, Microsoft Word, Excel and much more.

Stimulsoft Reports.WinRT provides support for gesture features associated with touch interface such as zooming, dragging, sliding, scrolling and navigation, which helps users to easily interact with the report content including the ability to save reports in either XML or in cloud. It also automatically sets the page size for printing using the non-standard size including Visual Studio 2012 support.

Stimulsoft Reports.WinRT includes a new sample PrintFromCode, QuickButtons panel, updates to chart processing optimization and also resolves the bugs associated with YRightAxis in charts and multi-conditions loading in WinRT.

The report designer interface provides support for more than 28 languages such as Arabic, Belarussian, Bulgarian, Chinese (Simplified), Chinese (Traditional), Croatian, Czech, Dutch, English, Farsi, French, Georgian, German, Hungarian, Italian, Indonesian, Lithuanian, Norwegian, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Russian, Serbian, Slovak, Spanish, Swedish, Turkish and Ukrainian.

"Our basic task is creating a reports with a special cloud web service that will analyze data using dashboards, reports, grids etc end-clients application will be on Windows 8 using WinRT API. This application provides the full cycle from planning report to their publishing on the server," Said Andrew Savin, Support Manager, Stimulsoft.
