Nora Jones is the founder and CEO of Jeli. She has seen organizations from the frontlines as a software engineer, as an SRE, as a manager, and running her own organization. In 2017, she keynoted at AWS re:Invent to an audience of around 50,000 people about the benefits of chaos engineering and helping make you more production ready. She has worked at Jet.com, Walmart, and Netflix. She started Jeli, to fill the need to bring the importance and value of post-incident reviews to businesses. She also founded an online community called Learning from Incidents in Software.
