Shweta Saraf is the Director of Network and Infra Management at Netflix, leading teams that build critical platforms like the cloud gateway, service mesh, network-as-a-service, and infra management platform to power the largest streaming network. She is also responsible for Cloud scalability of Live Events across the entire fleet, with a focus on scaling techniques, capacity management, traffic engineering, DDoS mitigation, and more. Previously, she was Head of Network Modernization at Equinix, where she led major transformations in network disaggregation, intelligence, and efficiency, contributing to platforms like Equinix Metal and Network Edge. She has also held leadership roles at Packet, DigitalOcean, and Cisco. Shweta serves on the board of the eBPF Foundation (Linux Foundation).
